My wife is from Halifax, so we spend a good chunk of our summer in Nova Scotia every year, and to be honest, there’s not really anywhere else I’d rather be. I’ve travelled a whole lot, and you’d be hard pressed to beat the hospitality, fun and genuine warmth of the Maritimes. And its mighty pretty in the summertime.

Emily and Zach’s do at St. Mary’s Boatclub was about as quintessential a Halifax wedding as you can get. There was lobster. There were donairs. There was a booze run after the sauce ran out. There was dancing, a whole lotta dancing – a great big Cape Breton family-style throw down on the dancefloor.

Just my sort of thing.
